How are orders posted?
We ship Australia wide for a flat rate of $10, via courier service SENDLE.
You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number once your order has shipped.
When will my order be shipped?
All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-4 business days.
During sale time please allow extra time for your order to be processed.
Returns and exchanges
Any faulty items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Please allow 7 days for us to process a refund or ship out your replacement item.
My item is faulty, what do I do?
Please let us know immediately. We will cover return postage price for faulty items and give a full refund. We cannot offer refunds and exchanges for faults caused by misuse.
